Golden Triangle With Wildlife Trail

Delhi – Agra – Bharatpur – Karauli – Ranthambhore – Jaipur – Delhi

Day 1 :– Arrive Delhi

You are met on arrival and transferred to the hotel. Later embark on a sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi. The places you visit include the Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate and the Qutab Minar Complex. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 :– Delhi / Agra

This morning drive to Agra en route visiting the
mausoleum of Mughal Emperor Akbar at Sikandra.Continue drive to Agra and check into hotel. Later tour the city of Agra visiting the Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 :– Agra / Fatehpur Sikri / Bharatpur

In the morning drive to Bharatpur, the site of the World Heritage listed famous Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned Mughal capital, which is a masterpiece of Indo-Islamic architecture unique in India. Built in red sandstone this nearly intact city is a beautiful blend of Hindu and Islamic architectural elements. Drive on to Bharatpur and check into the hotel. Later enjoy a Rickshaw ride inside the Sanctuary to view the bird-life. Keoladeo Ghana is the most spectacular sanctuary nesting indigenous as well as migratory birds like the endangered Siberian Cranes. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 :– Bharatpur / Karauli

Early in the morning visit the Sanctuary again for Bird watching. Later drive to Karauli, a remote devotional town that has some important Krishna and Jain temples. On arrival check into heritage hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the surroundings. The old City Palace is a treasure trove of architecture, stone carvings and classic paintings. Recreational activities to indulge in the area include excursion to the lake, camel/ horse/ jeep safari, visit to the temples, village, red sandstone quarries or the Kaila Devi Game Sanctuary, an extension of the Ranthambhore Tiger Project. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5 :– Ranthanmbore , Karauli / Sawai Madhopur

This morning you will drive to Sawai Madhopur town, the base for exploring the Ranthambhore National Park, a former hunting preserve of the Maharaja and now a prime example of Project Tiger's conservation efforts in Rajasthan. In the afternoon embark on a jeep safari inside the park. Apart from the tigers the park is worth visiting for its scenery itself – it’s lakes, bird-life and system of rivers hemmed in by steep high crags and on top of one of these is the imposing 10th century Fort. The park is also peppered with ruined pavilions, cenotaphs and 'hides'. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6 :– In Sawai Madhopur

Early in the morning embark on a game viewing jeep safari into the park. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Day is at leisure to relax and/or explore the town. In the afternoon embark on another jeep safari into the park. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7 :– In Sawai Madhopur

Early in the morning take another jeep safari inside the park. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the town and its surroundings or visit the Ranthambhore Fort. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8 :– Sawai Madhopur / Jaipur

This morning you will drive to Jaipur, the capital of the State of Rajasthan. On arrival check into the hotel. In the afternoon tour the "Pink" City of Jaipur visiting the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), City Palace, Jantar Mantar Astronomical Observatory and the colourful bazaars. Overnight at hotel.

Day 9 :– Jaipur / Delhi

In the morning embark on an excursion to Amber Fort, located 11kms outside the City. Here enjoy an Elephant Ride to reach the top of the Fort. Later, you will drive back to Delhi. on arrival check into the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10 :– Delhi Departure

Today you are transferred to the airport to board your flight for onward journey.
