This therapy includes body massage using hand and foot with medicated oil; head massage and face massage with oil and cream, internal rejuvenation medicines and medicated steam baths. This therapy is for 03 to 04 hours per day.


  

Day 01 CHENNAI (R)

Arrive at Chennai and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 CHENNAI – TRIVENDRUM – AYURVEDIC BEACH RESORT (L,D)

Connect morning flight to Trivendrum. Arrive Trivendrum and transfer to Ayurvedic beach resort. Arrive at the resort. Overnight stay at the Ayurvedic beach Resort.

Day 03 – 14 AYURVEDIC BEACH RESORT (B, L, D)

Morning Ayurvedic Rejuvenation therapy. Evening free for leisure and recreation. Overnight stay at the Ayurvedic beach Resort.

Day 15 AYURVEDIC BEACH RESORT – TRIVENDRUM – CHENNAI (B)

Drive back to Trivendrum airport to connect flight to Chennai. Arrive Chennai and connect flight to the onward destination.
