Hotels:

India's metropolitan cities have a wide range of accommodations to offer from deluxe to budget. In smaller or out-of-the-way destinations the choices may not be so many. Therefore, when you mention a desired level of hotels for your tour, we take it as a general requirement. This means that e.g. if you mention 5-star Deluxe accommodation, we try to include 5-star Deluxe hotels at as many of your destinations as we find feasible. At the rest of the places we suggest the option(s) we feel are the most appropriate.

Transport

Our detailed itineraries mention which of the sectors of your tour would be best done by road, train, or, air.

Road transport: We recommend AC vehicles for all road travel, even in cool weather. AC vehicles being built to be more airtight than non-AC vehicles, offer better protection against road dust, fumes & traffic noises. Generally, 18 or 35 seater tourist coaches are used for road travel in group packages.

For independent tours we offer a number of options for you to choose from:

Cars - ac & nac; Luxury Cars; 6-10 seater vans;

Enrollment / Registration / Enquiry Forms

In all instances when filling an enrollment / registration / enquiry form it is required that you provide current, complete and accurate information about yourself as prompted to do so by the form, and, that you update such information to keep it current, complete and accurate. It shall be your responsibility to provide us any and all such other information that may have any bearing whatsoever upon your travel whether or not it is asked for in our form.

About Prices

Prices are quoted by us upon receiving from you the specific month & year when travel is intended. Please keep in mind that revision in prices may become applicable with change in the month and/or year given to us, on which our quoted prices are based.

Prices are quoted by us based on specific itineraries. You are advised to go through the itinerary and its price thoroughly and seek all clarifications that you would like to, as, we shall not be responsible for any assumptions on anyone's part. Any change in the itinerary details could make the price of the tour subject to revision.

Prices quoted do not include anything not specifically mentioned as included in the price.

Prices quoted by us are based on prevailing rates, prices and taxes as on the date of quotation. Should there be any subsequent hikes in prices or taxes announced by concerned bodies and which are relevant to the price of the tour, e.g. by hotels, airlines, transporters, government departments, etc, after the date of quotation within its validity period, we shall reserve our right to revise our quotation up to 7 days prior to the beginning of the tour in India. (We do try at times, if we feel that the hikes are not major ones, to absorb them on our own, or, share the burden with our clients)

Making Payments:

For group packages: 100% payment to be wire transferred by overseas agent / group leader / overseas coordinator to be received in our Bank Account thirty days prior to group's arrival in India.

For independent tours: 100% payment in advance by wire transfer as above, or, by travelers cheques.

Emergency Alteration of Tour Itinerary:

Out of our deep & ongoing concern for your safety, we shall reserve the right to cancel, alter, or, substitute, part or whole of any tour at any point should we feel that safety considerations require it. This shall not be arbitrarily decided, but in consultation with you or the leader of your group, as applicable.
