Ticketing Section:

Ticketing section is mainly divided into two sub departments i.e. International Ticketing and Domestic Ticketing

International Ticketing

This department is trained to obtain your passport, visas, personally working out itineraries, placing of bookings with airlines, ensuring finer details like special meals, requests etc. The entire booking operation is conducted through the latest CRS, such as AMADEUS and GALLIEO, which are the most favorably accepted reservation system world over. This system enables us to give a quick response to the passenger about the booking status.

Domestic Ticketing

The Domestic ticketing department has a direct computer link with Indian Airlines and can also look after requirements of tickets on Jet Airways, Sahara Airlines and for other domestic airlines within India.

Destination Management

The company operate a wide range of group and individual tours throughout the subcontinent for clients from all over the world. Overseas offices are renowned as Indian tour specialist in their respective markets and sell the Indian sub-continent (amongst other destinations) in their product portfolio The Destination Management division of Airworth looks after ground arrangements in the capacity of Ground Handling Manager in India and neighbouring countries. Airworth currently caters to over 10,000 foreign tourists (Inbound Tourism) a year. This division also provides specialist services to nearly 3,000 foreign participants visiting India for international meetings, conferences, exhibitions and incentives and also caters for domestic conferences and corporate incentives.

Tourism professionals, who are well conversant with the operations and marketing of India as a destination to all the foreign agents, support the Destination Management department.

Business Travel

We are one of the market leaders in business travel services in India, offering a full range of business travel services to our corporate clients, Further, with its strong Indian network of agents and offices it is both a domestic and international travel force. With more and more multinational corporations moving towards global travel purchasing arrangements, Airworth is well positioned as the market leader in this segment of corporate travel market.

Leisure Travel

The Leisure Travel division offers the Indian traveller a very wide choice of holiday options both abroad (Outbound Tourism) and within India (Domestic Tourism) and operates holiday/ tour products. Whether it is the quintessential discerning traveller seeking the flexibility of tailor-making his own holiday or it is the first time value conscious traveller who would like to be on an escorted tour experience, Airworth has the ideal tour/holiday option.

Our tours are essentially escorted tours where the travellers are accompanied by an experienced tour manager and feature a set itinerary and include vegetarian /non-vegetarian Indian meal in most of the places. Our travel counsellors are uniquely qualified and dedicated to arranging a customized holiday experience that includes whatever one dreams up. It is offered to all the destinations we serve, and completely flexible by nature. We have a range of Long Short and Pilgrimage Tours are featured with the choice of modifying/customizing the itineraries to one's convenience. Airworth distributes its Leisure Travel product through its network of agents across the country besides its direct sales promotions. Airworth is also well placed in the Indian corporate incentive market for overseas destinations.

 

We do operate group tours as well as individual traveler for various destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, Greece, Egpyt along with Nile Cruise, Switzerland, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Mauritius, Kenya and various destinations of the world as per the clients requirement. 

Domestic Tours

This section handles Indian clients within the country particularly to the hill stations and beaches.  A lot of stress is laid on the economics of such packages, which we operate well within the defined budget of domestic tourists.

Baikunth Rasort, Kasauli

We are the General Sales Agent of Baikunth Resort, Kasauli the superior quality resort in the Himachal hills having spacious lawns, rooms and a well equipped conference hall with a well stocked bar.  It is a place where nature meets hospitality, hospitality meets standards and standards meet expectations.

Conferences:

We have a strong infrastructure and team of professionals who can handle the International /National conferences of different size.  Generally all the conferences are handled on turn - key basis.  We can book accommodation, transportation, pre / post tours, full conference support system, such as Registration Counters, secretarial equipment with manpower, logos, flower arrangements, ushering staff and airport reception.

Customer care and documentation department

The customer care and documentation department serves as a co-ordinator between the clients and the front-line team and ensures that all the requirements of the clients are taken care of.  They interact very closely with the clients and lend a personal touch by keeping track of the finer things like the validity of passport /visa, emigration clearance and follow-up on itineraries till the tickets are delivered to the clients.

Hotel Reservation and Car – Rentals

This department looks after the clients requirement of any hotel within India or abroad.  We can also arrange Air – conditioned and non-air-conditioned cars and buses as per the client’s requirements.  As we enjoy good relations with all the leading hotels, you are extended this privilege at no extra cost, and have simply to present our voucher at the time of check-in the hotel.
